As a small family run company based in Stebbing near Great Dunmow we cover the Essex, East Hertfordshire and the Suffolk border. We do not employ any sales representatives as we believe it is far better that the person who comes out for the initial visit and quotation is the same person who undertakes the conversion.

Our service starts right from the very first phonecall where we can arrange to visit your property and provide a FREE fixed quotation within one week together with a set of 3D visual drawings to give a better idea of what can be achieved.

 

Should you then decide to go ahead, our Designer will then measure up and draft all necessary drawings and structural calculations. Please see the process section for more information on the whole conversion process

We submit all necessary drawings and calculations required for the conversion then obtain all planning & consent where required from your local Authority. All Local Building Regulations are strictly adhered to from structural calculations, ventilation, plumbing & electrical requirements through emergency fire exits and access.

All our staff are all employed by us and we do not use sub-contractors for our conversions as we pride ourselves on that personal touch of class with every conversion no matter what size!
